ACADEMIC LICENSE -- CRAIN'S INTEGRATED PETROPHYSICS COURSES
1. This License permits Licensee to use specified portions of Crain's Integrates Petrophysics Courses for the sole purpose of presenting seminars or courses within the Licensee's Academic Institution to students registered in legitimate courses given by Licensee.

2. This License is valid only after the Licensee has paid the required License Fee and has received a receipt for same from the Copyright Holder and is subject to the Limitations on Reproduction listed below.

3. This License will terminate automatically if Licensee breaches any of the terms, conditions, or limitations contained in the License.

4. This License is not transferable without written permission from the Copyright Holder and payment of an additional fee to the Copyright Holder.

COPYRIGHT HOLDER
5. The entire content of the Licensed Training Products  is the Copyrighted Intellectual Property of Accessible Petrophysics Ltd. (the "Copyright Holder").

LIMITATIONS ON REPRODUCTION
6. A copy of the Licensed Training Products may be given to students taking a legitimate petrophysical training course under Licensee's supervision.

7. All employees and students with access to the Licensed Training Products are subject to the Single User License, which License must also be reproduced in each Reference Manual, AV Course, or Lecture Notes distributed to participants.

8. Other than as stated above, no person, corporate entity, government agency, association, or group of persons may copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, give away, or lend all or any portion of the Licensed Training Products to anyone, whether or not for profit, without the express written permission of the Copyright Holder and payment of a fee.

9. No part of the Licensed Training Products may be uploaded to any website or database, or transmitted to any person, computer, server, smartphone, or any other electronic device  through any digital or analog means for any reason.

10. No part of the Licensed Training Products may be copied (with or without editing) into any report, technical paper, software code, or presentation, without the express written permission of the copyright holder. Permission shall be granted or denied on a case by case basis and a fee may be required. Proper credit must be given in each case.

TRADEMARKS AND TRADENAMES
11. The following Trademarks are the property of the Copyright Holder:  CPH Logo, "CPH"  "CPH Gold / Platinum Member", "Crain's Rules", "Meta/Log", "Computer-Ready-Math", and “Crain’s Petro/Fusion Scripts”.

12. The use in this Handbook of these and other trademarks and tradenames without special notation or acknowledgement does not imply that such names, as defined under the relevant intellectual property  laws, may be regarded as unprotected and thus free for general use. No endorsement of a product or service is intended by use of a tradename in this text.
